To qualify for a return, items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original, mint condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In their original packaging (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Stamps that have been used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original condition are&nbsp;<strong>not eligible<\/strong>&nbsp;for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Request a Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin a return, please contact our support team at&nbsp;<strong>support@stamps-depot.com<\/strong>&nbsp;with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your items back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, damaged on arrival).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
